By using this website or purchasing any goods or services, you are deemed to have read, accepted, and agreed to the current policies. Refer to the SWS privacy policy to learn how your information is stored.

1. Confidentiality:

  • All information provided by clients, including personal data and discussions during sessions, shall remain strictly confidential and will not be shared without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

2. Client Responsibility:

  • Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for providing accurate health information, including medications, injuries, and medical conditions. By joining, you confirm you are of sound mind and able to make informed decisions. You may stop the session at any time. I may ask you to periodically resubmit your client intake form to ensure your medical history remains accurate and up to date

3. Consent:

  • You acknowledge that SWS may need to make physical contact for techniques such as muscle testing. It is your responsibility to discuss any concerns beforehand. You are responsible for communicating any concerns to SWS prior to commencing the session.

4. Not Liable for Reactions:

  • Care is taken to support your safety and comfort. SWS is not responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or complications that may happen during or after a session.

5. Not a Medical Substitute:

  • Kinesiology is a complementary practice and should not be viewed as a replacement for conventional medical treatment. Individuals should always seek guidance from a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.

6. Commitment to Progress:

  • Attend sessions consistently as recommended; your level of participation influences the outcomes of the sessions. You are encouraged to follow through with any guidance or suggested activities.

7. Session Requirements:

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for stretching and full movement.

  • Ensure all required tasks, including forms, are completed before your appointment. Time may be taken out of your appointment to resolve incomplete tasks.

8. Payments & cancellations:

  • Payments are made via invoice sent to email. To be paid upon receipt.

  • If you wish to pay before the appointment, you must arrange it separately by contacting SWS directly.

  • Cancellations with less than 10 hours' notice will incur a $50 fee.

  • If a session is rescheduled more than three times without direct communication with SWS, it will be treated as a cancellation, and a $50 fee will apply.

  • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Should the practitioner be delayed, the session time will be fairly adjusted.

  • If you need to finish the session early for any reason, the appointment is still charged as a full appointment unless stipulated by SWS.

  • SWS does not accept cash payment.

9. Refunds:

  • Full refunds are available for unused prepaid sessions or packages. Refunds are not available for sessions that have already been attended and completed unless stipulated by ACCC guidelines.

10. Health and Well-being:

  • Please do not attend if you have any condition that could hinder the session, such as being injured, unwell, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Appointments may be rescheduled if the prior is considered unsafe.

11. Refusal of Service:

  • SWS reserves the right to refuse service to any client at any time.

12. Complaints Handling:

  • Clients are expected to raise any concerns or complaints regarding the service directly with SWS prior to sharing on social media to allow the opportunity to address the matter appropriately.

Return Policy

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product or service is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, regardless of our standard policy. Any product faults or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, and returns must be requested within 14 days with proof of purchase, ensuring items are in original packaging with all accessories. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and faulty items qualify for a repair, replacement, or full refund; exchanges depend on availability. We cover return shipping for faulty products, while change-of-mind returns may incur shipping fees. For services, if the work is not delivered with due care and skill, is not fit for purpose, or does not match what was promised, you are entitled to a remedy, such as correction, re-delivery, or a refund for major failures.

This policy complies with ACCC guidelines and does not limit your statutory rights.
